What is your Shipping Timeline?
Our shipping timelines vary depending on the product ordered. All clothing products take 7 to 15 working days. Shipping timelines for each product are also mentioned under the product description.
Working days: Monday – Friday (weekends are not included).
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
Important: Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with, as we will not be responsible for it.
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible item exchanges within India.
For some addresses, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
Where are my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details.
Shipping Charges
Currently, we offer free shipping.
Return Charges
If you return a product, you will need to bear the return shipping cost.
COD Charges
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional ₹50 will be applicable.
