Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:

If you’d like to exchange your product, please raise a request within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:

    • We currently do not offer direct refunds except in specific case(s).
    • Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.

    Return/Refund Policy:

    You can return products only in case of wrong/faulty/damaged product(s) received.

    Please raise a return request within 2 days of wrong/faulty/damaged product(s) delivery.

    The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

    Refund for Prepaid Orders:

    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive your product(s.) The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

    Refund for COD Orders:

    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive your product(s). The refunded amount will be transferred to your preferred mode of payment as confirmed during the refund process.
