Where can I check my order details?
You will receive your order confirmation on your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order. Currently, since we are a small business, we don’t have a “My Orders” dashboard, but you can always connect with us on WhatsApp/Email with your order ID and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change your address only if your order has not been shipped yet. Once the parcel has left our location, we won’t be able to make any changes. For address changes, kindly reach out to us immediately on our WhatsApp/Email support.
The print has slight irregularities. Why?
At The SiLa Fashion, our pieces are not machine-made in bulk. They are created in small batches with artisan involvement. This means every piece carries a handmade charm and may have minor irregularities, which actually make your outfit unique and one-of-a-kind.
The colour of the product looks a bit different from the photos. Why?
We try to capture product images in natural lighting for the most accurate look. However, due to different light settings, screen resolutions, and the artisanal process of fabric dyeing, slight colour variations are natural and part of the authenticity of handcrafted fabrics.
Where are my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details with you via WhatsApp and Email/SMS. Please check your spam/junk folder too in case you don’t see it in your inbox.
Do you offer an exchange or refund?
Yes, but with a few simple conditions:
  • Exchange: Must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
  • Refund: Refund will be initiated once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality check. Refund will be credited back to your original payment source.
  • We request customers to kindly make a video while unboxing, so we can maintain full transparency and trust.
  • Do you offer reverse pickup?
    Since we are a growing small business, we currently do not offer reverse pickup service. If you wish to exchange or return, kindly ship the product back to our address. Once received and verified, we’ll proceed with exchange/refund as per policy.
